Fall 2023, west with Waldo
We left in early September to give Waldo a good test. We decided to drive some of the Lincoln Highway in PA and it was worth it. So funny to see these highlights from the past.
The Flight 93 Memorial was so impactful. I am not sure they could have created a more somber but moving remembrance for the innocent lives that were lost here. So many heroes…
Next stop included western PA where we stayed in Ohio Pyle State Park and visited Fallingwater. Such a great area to explore.

Michigan – who knew??!! We had a great time with family outside of Detroit, The Henry Ford, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and following M22 all the way down the coast. It was great and so unexpected…

Indiana Dunes National Park #11 for us. Such an interesting NP as it is rural and urban but the dunes are amazing.
